I have code 1B070002 after the update of the Dji Mavic 3 on my DJI RC Pro, I already did a software refresh of the drone and the Dji RC Pro but I can't solve the problem.

Same issue for me on my Mavic 3 Classic. Running latest software. Dynamic safety data version for both App and Aircraft says N/A. The error prompts me to settings to update the database. But it says my firmware is up to date.  
As i understand it, the dynamic data is the EU restrictions database or something along those lines.
I also tried refresh software via the DJI Assistent 2 without solution.

I have been in contact with DJI support, but was connected to Asia. I was helped to get a ticket going for the Europe team once they are back online, tomorrow (Monday).

I will get back here with info once i know more.
