My profile on here is missing my Mavic mini and my Phantom 4 Pro.  I brought this up once before and the DJI rep abandoned me.  Can someone fix this for me?

I find this disappointing considering that I bought the drone and my son raced home and activated under his email.  I have flown it under my email since day 1 though.  I can understand the Mavic Mini 1, since I bought that through the Facebook Marketplace.
