Hi,

The DJI Mic 3.5 TRS output (the one on the receiver that connects to the camera) is loose, meaning that it doesn't hold the cable. I notice that there is no DJI Care Refresh for the mic, I purchase the product in November 2022.

Is the warranty still available on April 2023? And if so, how do I have it fixed?

Did you buy it directly from DJI or another reseller! Here in Europe we have a 2 year waranty on consumer electronics. We claim this waranty at the reseller!
