I've seen many related posts.  Can someone from DJI let me know where this issue currently stands and / or provide me detail steps (for a non techie) to resolve?  I tried to download the assistant software to my iMac and I can't because "the developer cannot be identified".  Thank you

What kind of RC do you have? Did you receive any error codes aside from the server error message? Can you please provide a screenshot of the error? These are photos of the current error message (timed out).  Previous error messages indicated that the server could not be found.

Here is information about my IMac.  I am attempting to download the DJI assistant 2 for Mavic which is in the DJI website

Can you also let me know if I am using the most up to date aircraft and RC firmware?  Thank you
