Hello I have a Robomaster S1 that I have had a long time without building or activating.
I’m getting a (Parameters Request error) when I am trying to activate it.
I contacted DJI and their response was to send it in. I would think that it is a firmware issue.
Anyone else have this issue?

Most likely they changed things in a firmware update and that broke activation for anything that was not upgraded yet. Bad engineering but too late to do anything about it so most likely you will need to sent it in.

Our engineers recommend you uninstall the app from our website to try again.
If you still can not activate it, please try it with different mobile devices(iOS-Andriod).
Please also screenshot the error message for us to further verify the issue.

I'm having the same issue, just opened and built a brand new, but can't activate it.
The newest app doesn't even want to connect, using an older version of the app linked in this forum did get me to connect, but can't activate....

EDIT: Posting this here because I'm not allowed to make a new topic.

Getting slightly better results on my laptop, but then I still can't activate it, if i do tests without activation, then i still can't update firmware, can't calibrate the gimball, no camera access and I can't control the robot at all, calibration of the touch sensors and wheels went perfect, but the gimball calibration gets stuck.
