Am I missing something or is there no aperture adjustment for the zoom lens on the mavic 3 cine?

No, you're not missing anything... The "zoom" camera never had aperture adjustment

So the only way to adjust exposure is with ISO and shutter. That kinda really sucks. DJI, you are killing me with all these shortcomings on this drone.

It's not a shortcoming.
There's no way DJI could have fitted a 160mm equiv lens to your drone if they had to include a controllable aperture.
The lens would be much too big and heavy for the gimbal.
And if you look at any of DJI's smaller/cheaper consumer drones, none have a controllable aperture on their main camera.

Hi, CreativeSky. Thank you for reaching out. The Mavic 3 Cine switches to the secondary telephoto camera for 7x zoom which aperture parameter will not present since it has a fixed aperture of f/4.4. Hope this helps.
