Hi, I've got strange artifacts on recent photos - kind of diagonal RGB pattern.
Videos from the same flight were ok, previous photos are also ok.
Imported and processed by macbook default photo editor.
Any idea how to fix that?
Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We have reported this issue to the DJI engineers. It occurs when previewing DNG photos after the macOS/iOS system version has been updated. The DJI engineers are actively communicating with Apple Inc. to seek a solution. We recommend viewing or editing the original footage with Photoshop or Lightroom temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Note it’s not just preview - the attached picture was edited and exported to jpg with the artifacts.
There was no issue that needed fixing.
Your original image was fine.
The issue was entirely in the Apple software that was incorrectly displaying the image.
There are many posts about this over the last two weeks.
Thank you for your response. We're glad that it worked on the lightroom. Should you have other inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach us. Thank you.
