Does DJI plan to submit a MOC request to the FAA in order to list their Mini 3 Pro as Category 1 (using the basic Intelligent Battery) and Category 2 (using the Intelligent Battery Plus).

This is what they should have done for the UK and EU, alas, that is not the case, certainly not yet anyway, we cant even buy the plus batteries over here, well, DJI made it hard to anyway

Will DJI be satisfying the FAA Category 1,2,3 Category requirements in ANY of their drones by the September 16, 2023 deadline in the USA?
