Hi there,
an acquaintance told me that he ordered a "DJI RC Pro", received an original "DJI RC Pro" package with the original film on it but he found a "DJI RC" inside. Personally, I cannot believe that such a thing can happen but just for security I ask here for insight. Does somebody have a similar experience?

Hi there, may I ask where did your friend place the order? If it's purchased from DJI Online Store, please provide us with the order number for further confirmation.

Did he tell you where he ordered from?

Thank you for your help! I've just sent you a detailed response via DM.

For the others, it wasn´t directly from DJI but through a big intermediary chain.
