hi, I was filming last week, all was going well, ws up at 35M Filming a lawn bowls game,

then the screen went white, I could only see some parts that were darker,

Looked like it was inverted where dark becomes etc.

The videos themselves are exactly the same, the camera is reporting the shot inverted
As though I've pressed a button by mistake to incert the screen and shots

Any suggestions thanks

NOTE
It happens only when I change Batteries, happened after  I did some updates the day before, perhaps my batteries are not all updated

???

Don't have anywhere to post the video too except YouTube and  that takes time

It happened as soon as I changed the battery !!!! could that cause this to happen ?

I had this happened to me once the first day with the Mini3pro and the RC...

Perhaps I changed the white balance to Auto in the settings... It has never happened again after that...

it happens when I change the battery, so thought to put the No. 1 Battery back in and see...... and yes its fine again..... EUREKA

Its only happens when I use another battery,

Has something to do with how I installed the updates, is there a correct way to update batteries?

Its only happens when I use another battery,

Put battery 2 back in, then check for updates. The battery may need updating.

Perhaps I changed the white balance to Auto in the settings.
That's got nothing to do with white balance, whether it's set to auto or anything else.

I can hear you, but I did something and it did fix my overexposed screen... or maybe it was the ISO... Like I said, I wasn't sure but I did change one of these in the setting and the screen when back to normal. I definitely didn't change the battery...

White balance has nothing to do with overexposure.
They are completely unrelated.

White balance set incorrectly would make the image appear too blue or too yellow.
Incorrect exposure makes the image too dark or washed out.
The OP's description is vague but sounds most like incorrect exposure setting.
Without more and better information, it's not possible to tell what his issue actually was except that it had nothing to do woth batteries or firmware.

How do you achieve incorrect exposure when the camera is set to manual?

Your question is odd ... it sounds like you aren't familiar with basic photography basics?
If you manually set incorrect exposure settings, you've achieved incorrect exposure.

Ok, let's try a different entrance...

If I got the camera set to manual and I got the wrong ISO setting for that location, lets say 1600 and I turn the drone towards the sun.. What would my screen looks like? Washed out? Really white?

Sorry ... I can't follow what you are trying to say or how it relates to this thread.

It is ok mate.. No need to apologise.. I'm sure the OP can try to change the ISO setting to Auto (if he had them set to manual) and see if that makes any difference to his white overexposed screen...

It was just a suggestion, not a cure for cancer...

Changing batteries or updating batteries can't cause what you've described.
Next time you see this, take a screenshot and it might give some clues to what you are dealing with.
