Is there a restriction on Maximim altitute for Mini 3 Pro drones in India ?

In Jan 2023 - this year. My DJI Mini 3 Pro drone would not go beyond 15 meter altitute when flying in India.


The altitute change settings were greyed out.

We have noticed the adjustment of relevant laws and regulations, and are currently actively communicating with relevant departments to try to adjust the height limit setting as soon as possible while ensuring the rights and interests of all users. Once we have any progress, we will promptly announce.

Its been a year and new drones are being released. Meanwhile, those in India cannot even fly the Mavic Mini, much less the mini pro 3.
The technical change to the apk should not take much time.
DJI does not have a presence in the country.
The Mavic Mini is an exempted category even under the DigitalSky Govt website
The legal analysis of the drone rules should not take much time anyway.

Please get this thing moving.  Max altiude can be 656 ft as of now
