hi there, I can play my footage directly from the phantom when plugged into my pc but I'm struggling to copy the files over to my computer? Thanks

How are you doing it and are you getting an error?

Many people unplug the SD card and plug into the computer rather than power on the Phantom but it should just work either way.

take an right click on the file an chose copy, then go to a folder on your computer right click and chose paste
