Another short clip from a small paradise at my door.
Salgados Beach, Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal.
With an extensive stretch of sand, Praia dos Salgados contrasts with the other beaches in Albufeira due to the diversity of the landscape, as instead of the ocher cliffs, there is a string of golden dunes that make up the backdrop. Beyond the dunes, there is Lagoa dos Salgados, a crossing point for various migratory birds, where birds of protected species nest among the reeds and reeds, such as the red heron, the avocet, the caiman and the black stilt. The beach offers good conditions for water sports and even surfing and bodyboarding, as the sea is sometimes a little rough.
