I'm trying to log into my account on the DJI RC but i can't get past the entering of email and password because it wants me to enter the captcha which is just a blank space, nothing is appearing.

please help

hi,
yeah i had it connected to the internet at the time.
the problem has seemed to rectify itself now though so all is good again,

Please make sure that the RC is connected to a Wi-Fi connection and try another connection  (like a mobile phone's hotspot) if possible. If the issue persists, please provide us with a video of the operation showing the issue. Thank you.

Have the same issue.
Also I can't bind the drone to the RC. It works fine on the phone with the N1 remote - I can both log in and even bind/unbind the drone to the account. But it's a different story on the RC.
First it didn't see any devices connected to the account. And then it logged out and now I have this blank captcha thing.
I tried different networks and even tried to change the password - nothing helped.

Hello, there. We're sorry for the trouble that it may have caused you. May I confirm if your DJI RC is connected to the Wi-Fi before logging in? I hope to hear from you.

To rectify this issue I found that I had to connect the RC to my computer to carry out an update, then I was able to log in

Hi, yes the issue was resolved when the update had completed from the computer

Hello. You can follow these suggestions:
1. It is recommended to switch to a different Wifi to try or use a mobile phone to open a hotspot to connect (Note: DJI RC only supports connecting to Wifi that directly enters the Wifi password, and does not support Wifi connection that requires jumping to the third-party authorization and authentication page).
2. Please do a factory reset in DJI RC and try again.
Please keep us updated if the issue persists.
