Hi On my Air 2S

The subject scanning keeps turning off. Everytime I turn on the app to Go Fly I have to manually turn it back on. Is this normal?

Each time I want to use it, I have to switch subject scanning on again. It does not stay set in ON position between uses.

May we know which mobile device and DJI FLY APP version you are using?

It is the iphone 11 and DJI Fly app 1.9.9 all firmware is up to date on aircraft and remote

Please note that after the DJI Air 2S is restarted, the default settings will be restored. That is, “Subject Scanning” will be disabled.
