Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. There are 2 ways how to set the RockSteady/HorizonSteady/Off on your DJI FPV Goggles V2,
Method 1:
please swipe right from the left to enter the Menu, then tap settings to choose Camera, scroll down, and then you will find the EIS, the Off/RockSteady/HorizonSteady function can be set by tapping to confirm. Please see the below screenshot. (Single tap to confirm, double tap back to the previous menu).
Path: Menu>Settings>Camera>EIS>(Off/RockSteady/HorizonSteady)
Note: If there is no option, please make sure to switch to video mode, then enter "settings>camera>EIS" to set it.
Method 2:
Open the photo/video parameter setting menu (swap up or use the 5D button to open the downward menu), choose video mode, then screw left and right to find EIS, then choose the EIS you want.
EIS is available in video shooting mode. If the issue persists, please provide us a picture of the Goggles showing the issue so we can check it here on our end. Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
