Are you referring to range?   If you are then you may have interference effecting you,  you can look at the transmission graph to see if there are other devices using the same channels.

Ah OK.   You can take off up to 4000m (ie top of a mountain)  but you can only climb a maximum of 500m.

Because the 500m height limit is written into the software, the 4000m refers to the absolute ceiling above sea level above which the air is too thin for the props to produce enough thrust to lift the drone.
Since you did not know that I would also ask, a) are you aware that it appears that, for drones flown in the Philippines, there is a legal height limit of 400ft, 122m, above the ground directly beneath the drone (AGL) and that you should be able to see the drone?
b) Wind strength generally increases with AGL and just incase you are thinking of or trying to fly up to 500m AGL you may put the drone up into strong winds?

Yes I'm aware of height up to 120m to be exact. I just try once out of curiosity to reach the 4000m height but as said by DAflys and I was wrong with my understanding.

Ok, BTW 120m = 393.7ft, 400ft = 121.92m

Hi, Crispolo. Thank you for reaching out. The 4,000 m refers to the maximum service ceiling above the sea level of the aircraft. 1he maximum flight altitude is 500 m for safety reasons. Due to local laws and regulations, the maximum flight altitude may vary in different countries and regions. Before flying, please always check local laws and regulations. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support.
