I've recently been given a Phantom 4 pro+ with a display to use with my students. The DJI Go version is Go 4 v4.3.54.  We tried using the Editor but cannot view the video. The screen is black but we can hear music. We also cannot save any of the videos we try to edit. Please help us newbies.
