1. Please check the network environment. Try to switch to another network (such as a VPN) or use another network IP.
2. If the issue is not fixed, perform the following: Turn off/uninstall the simulator, and reinstall the UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe (default address: C:/Program Files(x86)/DJI Flight Simulator/UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe).
3. Install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5: (https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=21).
4. If the issue persists, please advise whether your network is the kind of local area network in a company/school/institution, which is strictly controlled by the related organization. If such an environment is confirmed, the only solution is to contact the network administrator in the organization. |
