Hi, since a few updates ago I can’t view my photos and videos on the rc controller and via dji fly app transfer mode. Even so I can’t update the firmware anymore via the rc controller. Both rc controller and mini 3 pro have the lastest firmware updated via the pc. Did a reset on the controller and a cache delete on my phone. Any solitions ??

You are not alone ,why have a rc controller with a screen if you can't see the photos you have take ,without the drone being on and overheating, while away on holiday I can't view the photos untill I return home two week later , absolutely wast of have a screen ,it used to work but not since a update please sort it out DJI

Well, i solved the problem concerning the photos not showing. After the firmware update and refresh i formatted the SD card in the RC controller.  New photos started showing up again. I still have no solution for not being able to update via the controller.
