So we have an Mic that does not charge just blinking red & green in charging box...
If we connect it to a USB-C Cable it does the exact same.. is there a reset or tipp what we can do to activate it again?
Hello, there. May we know if both TX can pair with RX? Only one have the issue? You can format the TX in RX but please make sure you have back the files before doing that.

Please confirm if the TX can be recognized by the computer when you connect the TX to the computer. If yes, please try to do the firmware update and check again.

It does not get recognized - We noticed if we attach it to power it blinks like 3 times green before it then starts green red...
