How to Solve about the following symptom?? There is no damage.
Please check the attached image about view of DJI Pilot on Crystal Sky.

Drone : Matrice 210 RTK V2
Gimbal : Z30 Camera
Transmitter : Crystal Sky
ETC : I already updated all of devices (Drone, CrystalSky, Gimbal)
Symptom :
1. Z30 Camera image on Crystal Sky is noise with Matrice 210 RTK V2
2. But Z30 Camera Paning, Tilting are working and FPV Camera of Matrice 210 RTK V2 is working

Hi there, sorry for the issue. Please try to restart the drone and controller multiple times. And remove the camera, check if the connectors are dusty or not, and please clean them if necessary. If you have other cameras, you may try to use another camera to see if the issue is the same. Make sure that the firmware has been updated as well.
If the issue is the same, please send the drone and camera back to us for further test and service.
