Hi there, sorry for the issue. Please try to restart the drone and controller multiple times. And remove the camera, check if the connectors are dusty or not, and please clean them if necessary. If you have other cameras, you may try to use another camera to see if the issue is the same. Make sure that the firmware has been updated as well.
If the issue is the same, please send the drone and camera back to us for further test and service.
