Hello all

iv'e got a new drone but i cant seem to get it to fly, i have updated the flysafe data, the controller software ( RC controller) and the Drone itself to the newst software via the DJI assisant program on my computer - i have tried to refresh the software 5 times and still no luck.

i have now had a drop for over a week and it has never flown

getting kinda stupid

it says @ aircaft locked. Connect to network and update aircaft firmware or flysafe database (code: 16200104)

i need help guys!

Have you tried to use the DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the firmware?
