We just have to make the best of it each day, especially since we can't control the weather.  Hopefully, nobody ever figures out how to control the weather because then it would undoubtedly become a tool for some military to use.

Yes, after I wrote my comment I got to thinking about how dangerous that could be.  Best we just keep trying to minimize things that cause global warming and leave the weather to itself.

With facial recognition cameras already up everywhere and various ways of tracking us through cell phones, etc.  we probably shouldn't expect the amount of privacy that we grew accustomed to 15-20 years ago.

With all the residential developments ongoing it is going to get harder and harder to get to a place off grid but I do wish you luck.  Might be best to buy an island.  However, then you'd still have satellites flying over your island so basically a no win situation.

I think some of the YT videos put a bit of the unreal in off grid life.  It can't be as easy as some of them would have you think.
