Hello, my dji mini 2 only sends back 720p photos too my phone even though the quality i chose was higher can somebody explain why this happens adn also how do i get it too take 4k 30 fps videos/photos on my phone or another way thank you.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm if you are referring to videos when you mentioned the 720p? Please note that the video resolution of the DJI Mini 2 is as follows:

4K: 3840×2160 @ 24/25/30fps
2.7K: 2720×1530 @ 24/25/30/48/50/60fps
FHD: 1920×1080 @ 24/25/30/48/50/60fps

Lastly, you may export your high-quality videos (4k/30 fps) by removing the SD card on the unit and inserting it into your computer. Thank you.

The high quality images are on the SD card inside the drone.

make sure you changed your camera settings so it is taking pictures at the quality you want

I'm referring too videos and photos both go straight too 720p even though I chose a higher quality

Is that happening in the app like what is being directly received from the drone? or the SD card on the drone?

Can you please check the original file that was saved on the SD card? Can you please upload sample files via Google Drive and send the link here so we can check? Please keep us posted. Thank you.
