Buying Care Refresh for one year is X amount in your current and buying two years is slighty cheaper than just doubling the one year price.
If you buy just one year, are you offered a chance to continue buying Care Refresh, when that year is up or not?
If you are offered the chance, is that the original one year price or at a discounted 'local customer' style bonus price?

OK and few more (weird) questions.

What does Fly Away actually cover?
Do it just mean, literally the drone flies away after a lose of signal, or does it cover things like the drone crashes or is lost, if gets stuck in trees in a forest or a high building, crashes into a lake?
Basically, it gets into a situation that the user can't recover the drone.

If the above scenarios do apply, how do you prove to DJI that the drone is lost, so you can claim under Care Refresh, if you don't have the video from the drone or controller? Can you just forward the flight log and then DJI block the drone from any future lights?



If you were travelling through a foreign country's airport and they confiscated your drone, for whatever reason. Could you claim on Care Refresh and get the drone blocked, so the security guard the "stole" your drone couldn't use it?
Obviously, the user would have to provide documents to say the drone was confiscated.

It can be applied if the aircraft cannot be recovered when an accident happens during use. In addition, users must have bound their DJI account and remote controller with their aircraft using the DJI Fly app. If this binding operation has not been completed prior to experiencing a flyaway incident, flyaway coverage cannot be used. If the aircraft flew away and it was within the warranty period, you may report a flyaway case, and our designated team will analyze the data for you.

DJI Care Refresh Flyaway coverage cannot be used if the aircraft is confiscated or stolen while you are traveling to any foreign country.
