Hi DJI support team,

Our team has been using manifold 2-C with Matrice M300RTK. The manifold was working fine until today. Today, we plugged it in with a monitor and turned it on as we normally do, the monitor wasn't showing anything. So we hit the reset button on the manifold wired controller. Normally, the rest button just restarts the manifold but this time only the orange indicator between the two power input ports is on. The cooling fan didn't start spinning and we didn't hear the beep when the manifold started either.

After that happened, we tried to power the manifold with either the power adapter or directly from Matrice, but none of them turned it on. We also measured the voltage that is plugged into the manifold which is 24v as always.

At this point, we don't know if the motherboard or the power unit of the manifold is compromised. Do you have any recommendations on how we can further diagnose the issue? Any thought will be much appreciated


FYI, we got our manifold and M300 only a little more than one year, do you provide any manufacturer guarantee for the manifold?

Thanks for the quick response. I've attached the picture of the manifold in the thread. You can see the indicator is on but the cooling fan is not spinning.
