Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to fix the fact that I keep getting an error that tells me to bind my controller to my drone, i have bound it multiple times to it now but it keeps popping up. Any fixes?

it doesn’t give me an error, i just open it and it says something like “please bing controller to use the flyaway coverage” or something like that

Can you post  a screen shot of that message and perhaps a video of the subsequent actions that you take?

ok, might be a bit cause it’s been raining here so haven’t  had much of a chance to fly but i’ll keep you posted

Thank you for your response. Can you please try to reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and check if the issue persists? Make sure that your remote controller is already bounded to the aircraft. To bind the remote controller, the network needs to be connected, and the remote controller and aircraft are connected. Then please refer to the below path to bind the remote controller. The path is:

Profile>Device Management>Value-added service>Bind New Device.

Thanks for the update. Can you double-check whether the serial number of the remote controller bound is the same as the actual serial number on the remote controller? You can double-check the numbers on the back of the RC, below the QR code. Please keep us updated. Thank you.

Would it have anything to do with the fact that i got a Refurbished drone? And yeah they are the same, though i still get this message below it (attached)
