Can't find any permits.
They did not approve removing 6 big trees in April, so that could be related.

I checked the permits, but nothing yet.
The only thing I did notice is a rejected one for cutting down 6 big trees.

Might still be in the planning stages and no application submitted yet for permits.  Sometimes here you'll see a project a week or two into work and then you go online and no permits show.  I found out later that the location I was trying to see what was going to be built was owned by a wealthy local billionaire and no doubt he was not worried about a money fine for building without a permit.  He is well connected with all the local and state politicians.

Getting the opportunity to fly really low is always a bonus.  It's not always possible but when you can you often pick up some unbelievable shots.

Since I live on a mini-yacht I take off and land over water 90% of the time.  I've been practicing flying really low over the water.  I always have to disable the lower sensor though.  I figure if I dump it in the water I'll just go get on my scuba gear and recover it.

Exactly correct.    

I gave a demo of sport's tracking to a high school technology class today.  The students took turn running around the school track and the Skydio 2+ never lost track of them, especially since I had the one being tracked to wear a yellow vest.  They seemed to really enjoy the demonstration and several were very interested in drones and drone flying.
