Got a Mini 2 a couple of months ago, and have started to take some pictures with it, anyone have any tips to either take better raw photos and/or photoshop them better?

Try wide angle photos. Then by using a panorama editor you will get really good results, better than single captures

Yes, they are mine and all captured with Mini 2.

If you are new to photography as well as drones, you were probably shooting in auto mode. To get the most of your drone’s camera however, you should definitely be switching to PRO mode as it is called in the DJI Fly App and combine it with wide-angle shots. A wide-angle photo is created by DJI Fly app by stitching a group of 8 or 9 photos taken by the drone when you capture an image in that mode.  

For better results you may process the stitching of the photos with a powerful application such as Hugin panorama editor and get amazing results. Try it

Photography has been around for quite a long time.
There is quite a lot to find online about this subject .
Don't focus on drone photography video's only. There are some great videos (more than you can watch actually) about photography and all its aspects.
