Got a Mini 2 a couple of months ago, and have started to take some pictures with it, anyone have any tips to either take better raw photos and/or photoshop them better?

If you have Lightroom then dehaze and texture are your friends.

With regards to the bottom 2, you could lower the exposure prior to capture, this will prevent the blown-out whites, turn on the Histogram in the settings, this will let you know when the image is too dark, too bright or just right, having said that, just gone back to read ya 1st post, you shot in raw so you can lower the exposure, (or highlights) and up the shadows in lightroom or other raw editing app/software

3rd image is slightly off-center (see the path, lining up the shot is key for this sort of image) , its drawing my attention to it after the highlights

The other images, i would up the shadows a tad, perhaps.

It will get to a certain point where it will look ok for you and not others, or vice versa, its all subjective.
