Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. The DJI RC is regretfully not compatible with the DJI Mini 2 Se as mentioned in the comments above. At present, it is only compatible with the RC-N1 (regular RC). Hello there. The Mini 2 SE just got updated last 31st of March. We don't have relevant information yet on when will the next update be or if it will be compatible with the DJI RC in the future. Keep posted by going to www.dji.com as changes and updates will be officially announced. Have a great day ahead.

RC controller should support Mini 2 SE. The regular Mini 3 is supported by the RC controller although it's a OcuSync 2.0 drone like the Mini 2 SE.
There is no reason that RC controller shouldn't work with Mini 2 SE.
