DJI sales team suggested that I check retailers in my area on what consumer drones were available , so I did.

   

All I can say is... DJI better review their affiliation with Best Buy.

   

Based on the reviews posted, their Geek Squad repairs DJI drone for resale.

  

They are selling the refurbs that are not complete, or not fully assembled. Many are preactivated with Best Buy so you cannot buy a service plan from DJI.

   

Some scary and ugly reviews.

   

For as many 5 star reviews, there were just as many 1 star reviews with very few 2,3,4, Star reviews.

   

Best Buy is doing a disservice to the reputation of DJI in my opinion.

   

I will stick with buying from the DJI online Shop.
