I had a mini 3 pro, and had no problems with either doing a 360 sphere or with active tracking.

Unfortunately I crashed it on a job and bought another mini 3 pro to finish the job while the original is being fixed.

The new one, on sphere (360) the camera doesn’t seem to above the 0 degree line so I have a blurred top to all the 360 photo. The top 1/4 is just blurred out.

Also with active track it keeps telling me I cannot ‘switch between objects’ and it is not recognising a car or person as close as 15 metres away. It also won’t do active track in portrait mode which my old mini 3 pro did?

Any advice?
