Hey,
I've recently purchased a Mini 3 Pro from amazon and setting up the drone was fine but when starting the drone for flight I got an error - which stayed during flight too.
(Downward vision sensor error. Contact DJI Support for assistance (Code: 1A0100C1) )
Landing seemed ok - albeit a bit slow. Lighting conditions were good and correct altitude reading. The error only appeared after the props were spinning.
i've tried refreshing the firmware, recalibrating the compass and IMU. When I tried recalibrating the vision sensors using DJI assistance 2 on my pc I noticed the top-down vision sensor was not showing an image on the lower left of the screen compared to the bottom-down sensor, I was unable to complete the calibration due to that. Seems like I have a faulty sensor on arrival.
Wondering if anyone knows this error code? Can't find it anywhere online or in manuals. And is this fault only fixable if I were to submit a service request? . .DAT log files are encrypted so unable to find out the root cause myself.
