My DJI Avata is not able to record to the MicroSD Card.  That option is "gray."  I've tried to use other settings to resolve this, but cannot figure out.  There is a MicroSD Card in it.  I've tried other MicroSD cards that work.  I've tried to reset the settings and that did not work.  The MicroSD Card option is till gray.  I've updated the firmware.

What should I do?  Send it in?

Same as me before than I'd tried to force off goggles after I  switch recording from memory to drone.

And its working properly.

Hi, jLav. Thank you for reaching out. What is your current firmware version? Can you please confirm if your current microSD Card is listed as one of the Recommended microSD Cards on this list?

If not, please try to use the one on the list then insert it to the drone and change the settings. The Path is Menu>Settings>Camera>Storage>(SD Card/Internal Storage. Please keep us posted.
