I havent used my batteries in half a year and i took them out and charged them up yesterday. after doing some hover tests, the voltage, temperature and battery life all seemed normal. does this mean the batteries arent damaged after all? and one more question, how do i know if the batteries are safe to use and healthy in the future? it seems to be pretty hard to detect if the batteries are swollen since its sealed in a plastic case.

....the voltage, temperature and battery life all seemed normal....

so, just fly your drone.
I check my battery cell values after each day of flying.
See my chart.

cheers

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If there are no abnormal behaviors or errors observed, you may continue using them. To maintain battery activity and extend battery use life, it is recommended to discharge the battery to 40% - 65% when it will not be used for 10 days or longer and store it in a dry and cool place (22°C - 28 °C). Check the battery level every three months and then let the battery completely discharge and then recharge it. Pay attention to battery maintenance during daily use. We hope this helps.

RE: question about battery safety

"And then let the battery completely discharge and then recharge it."

This is the best way to no longer succeed in recharging it. Above all, do not let it completely discharge.
