good morning,
we recently encountered a problem with the DJI ronin 4D.
During a production the camera froze and requires to be connected to the dji assistant 2 for activation.
All camera functions are active except for the ability to record.
As indicated by the warning, we have tried to activate the camera from the application but it gives us a network error thus preventing the activation of the product. We are using mac system, we are connected to the cable network, the application is updated to the latest version.
How should we behave to make the camera work again?
