Hi, is there internal storage on the Mavic Pro where pictures can be stored? I've seen differing information online. If there is, how do I find it?
Also, trying to reset my Mavic Pro to sell it, but seems impossible. All I've managed to do is to "reset firmware" but not sure what that does. Any pointers on how to a complete reset of the Mavic Pro and the RC?

Hi, mavicreset. Thank you for reaching out. Mavic Pro doesn't have internal storage. To reset it, kindly connect the drone to the computer, run DJI Assistant 2, select "Firmware Update", and you will see the "Restore Factory Defaults" button. You may download DJI Assistant 2 at this link: (https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/mavic).

Hi and thanks, I'd previously looked at that site and it confused me a bit as the Mavic Pro doesn't have a USB-C connection... But as DJI Gamora says below the Mavic Pro doesn't have any internal storage.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've tried what you recommend, both for the MVP and the RC, and I downloaded the DJI Go 4 on my iPad which I have previously used for the drone. The name of the drone was still available to see in the settings, shouldn't that had been removed?
