Hi, MaicoAbreu. Thank you for reaching out. This is normal and it means that the current environment you're flying in has a lot of interferences. Please try several times and try another location. Make sure that the antennas are pointed as well toward the aircraft.
Additionally, 2.4/5.8 GHz wireless devices can cause interference to the signal. Please avoid high-density Wi-Fi signal sources, and consider turning off Bluetooth on your mobile devices, as well as idle Bluetooth devices.
If the issue persists after following the recommendations above, please provide us with the following information:
1. Video of Operation
2. Flight Controller Aircraft Data
3. App Log and test time.
How to export app log:
Please reboot the mobile device before exporting the app log.
Android device:
Connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, the path for the app log is as follows: internal storage/android/data/dji.go.v5/files/LOG, and then export the data in the "LOG" folder.
iOS device:
Connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, open iTunes, and then export all data under the "Logs" folder.
Exporting Flight Controller Aircraft Data
(1) Download DJI Assistant 2 from the official website. Download link:
DJI Mini 2: https://www.dji.com/cn/mini-2/downloads
(2) Launch DJI Assistant 2. Within 20 seconds after the aircraft is powered on, connect it to DJI Assistant 2.
(3) After DJI Assistant 2 recognizes the aircraft, choose "Log Export", and then click "Save to local".
(4) The final exported data are ".dat" files.
Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
