Hi there, may I know the exact DJI Fly app version you are using on the phone? Please make sure to download the latest version from our DJI website to use with DJI Mini 2 SE.
Please try to remove the DJI Fly app and download it again from https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly
