It was a fun day flying in the mountains of the unrestrcted parts of the Charokee National Forest. in NorthEast Tennessee.
These were just a few pictures of the day taken on May5th

A lovely series of shots. Judging by the rainbow shot, it must have been sunshine-and-showers that day

I really am.  I have put over 120 miles on it in 11 hours of flight, the Mavic3 was made these type area I live in flying in the mountain is so much fun

Yes there were some brief rain showers in the area. , I was pretty far away from them , and felt pretty fortunate to catch a short lived double rainbow

Yes I thoughts so as well . I took these at 8:30 pm just after sunset , I trying out the night camera settings on the Mavic3. , and what was really amazing is I had a #4ND filter on because I had been capturing the sunset a few minutes before. and I wantd to get the reds in the sky

Quite a bit of luck to get the rainbow in shot.

The nature looks lovely, and you timed your session well to catch the rainbows

You definitely captured the reds in the sky.  Superb job.

I chalk alot of it up for 2 or 3 days of flying over some very large lakes with no flight restrctions.
Holstons lake is 12 miles long and I flew 8 miles of it each flight , flying out to the islands
and Wantagua lake is a another huge man made lake that is 11 miles long and I flown 6 miles each flight going out to the TVA Dam and surrounding islands. this is a great area t fly it
