Help needed - First time I am trying to connect Air2S to DJI Assistant -
Air2S will not connect to Assistant, have tried reloading Assistant 3 times.

Assistant - 2.1.18
Aircraft - 02.04.2500

RC will connect via Assistant via USB
Aircraft will connect via USB to PC so that I can see aircraft SD and files.

Hi, Brains2. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience. May we ask what would you like to do with the DJI Assistant 2 software? Kindly follow the steps below (Feel free to skip the steps that have been performed already):
1. Make sure to download the correct DJI Assistant 2 software. Please refer to this link for the correct software: (https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/air-2s).
2. Reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 software.
3. Turn off the Firewall. (This step is only for Win.)
4. Replace the USB cable connect to the unit and PC.
5. Install the driver manually, here are the steps:
① Unplug and plug in the USB cable or use another USB cable. --> In WIN7 or a later system, turn off the antivirus program on the computer. Reinstall DJI Assistant 2. --> Manually re-install the driver.
② Right-click “My Computer” --> “Administration” --> Select “Device Manager”, and check the drivers that should be installed in Windows (as shown in the figure).

6. Please replace the computer if possible.
7. Wait to connect the aircraft to the computer until the aircraft has been powered on for at least 20 seconds.

Thank you for the feedback. The problem appears to be the driver, see attached image. Does your software work with Windows 11? How do I fix the driver issue?
