Yeah, we are even seeing more heavy weather here.

No doubt it is being seen worldwide.  I wish a couple of the countries would quit trying to figure out how to militarize the weather as their experimentation could be having a negative impact also.

I think that messing with mother nature will open up a pandora's box type of event.  It could even create an event that can't be controlled or stopped.

Yeah, 30-31C is a lot more heat that you normally get I'm sure.  We are still seeing 37-39C this week but that is not usual for southern Florida for this time of year.

We are used to 18-22 now, so it is quite extreme. Luckily the nights are cooler than in the middle of the summer.

I think we get a bit accustomed to the higher temps because we usually have a cooling breeze either off the Atlantic Ocean or from the Gulf of Mexico.  However, the humidity is always an issue.

You should hear the people coming from up north that come down to visit Florida.  Nothing but whining about the heat.  I'm like well then head back up to your snow and freezing cold winters.

Usually it takes me about 3-5 days to get used to different weather. But after that I'm ok.

Takes me longer going from warm climates to colder climates to get acclimated.

Seems like the Navy had me on a rotation from duty station area to duty station area that was super cold in one location and then burning up in the next.  They also loved to send me from one side of the world to the other.  Can't really complain as I did get to see 64 different countries in the process.
