As the title states above does anyone have a workflow or procedure to merge the RAW files of the drone that end in MS_NIR/G/R/RE? I know they aren't Georeferenced but would they be if we use the RTK with it? If that is the case this would be an easy fix if not does anyone have a way they are doing it without it?

I assumed one of those programs would do it. We are currently using Maps Made Easy which only supports the JPG outputs. I was hoping  for another way due to that issue. But if its the only way we may jump up to get that sooner rather than later.
