Yeah, sometimes that works.
I am really not sure when they will be building, since there is not permit. Not even in the first stage (AFAIK)

Yes,  thats always an issue.   I worked on a new build project and we managed to persuade the company next door to host a camera for us.

Yeah, I have seen artists use old DSLR's with external big batteries inside housings and some even had notes inside for 'curious' people with some money begging them to let the camera hang (it was old and not worth much anymore).

All great shots Peter.   The close-up top downs really were nice.  Always helps to have the right tools for the job and not doubt he does.  Breaking up concrete all day has to be a bit bone jarring I suspect.

Absolutely.
I could snap a few shots this morning and it seems they are completely removing the foundation + cellar.
I still have to process the shots, but they will follow someday soon I guess.

Yes, he was still busy working with the concrete last Friday.
Sounded like me, just not with the concrete
No video work this weekend, so that is a bit of a bummer.
But I'll try and make one next week.

Yeah, it is a great weekend.
Saturday I did a lot of stuff at home and had a party in the evening.
Sunday was for mother's day and that took most of the day.

I guess the focus of his concentration would be on the point of impact of the concrete-breaker, so he may have been unaware of the drone    Nice close-up.

I bet the occupants of that building next door will appreciate the improvement in their view now that old monstrosity has been demolished.

I have not seen any permit yet. But I feel it will be 3 stories high at least.
