Hello everyone! I recently purchased the Goggles 2 and had to purchase some custom lenses to correct the view for my astigmatism. After receiving the lenses and putting them in the frames I am having trouble keeping them attached to the goggles. They fall off every time I take the goggles off my face. They don't click or lock into place. Has anyone else had this issue and if so can you please respond if you found any fixes for this issue? Many thanks!

If you got them from VR Wave, I contacted them straight away as the left lens would fall out. All I did was get a video of it happening and they investigated and sent a second pair at their cost. They’re customer service is second to none.

The lenses I got fit just fine in the frames. It’s the frames themselves that won’t stay on the goggles.

That’s what I meant sorry. The problem on the original left frame/lens was that the lens wasn’t positioned properly to the frame that it had very little room to click into the goggles properly.

I had the same problem, if you have a high 5.0 or 6.0 prescription, the lens are too thick for the goggles 2 poor design. I end up the problem with one drop of glue from hot glue gun

I have astigmatism and got clip in lenses from HonsVR. Big improvement.
