I suspect he was avoiding the areas that were flooded, but Ive also noticed the last couple of morning that a fox is roaming that area, almost like it was hunting something

Okay, that makes sense of the crazy driving and mowing patterns. No doubt it's hard to mow straight lines when you are trying to avoid standing water.

That was my guess at least, Id seen him doing some strange movements so I sent the drone up the next day to check it out.

Otherwise, we could have wrote it off as a drunken sailor somehow got on the mower.
Speaking of drunken. The odd news this morning reported two local law enforcement officers (LEOs) being arrested for driving under the influence. The first LEO was driving his patrol car home after work and ran into a telephone pole. The second LEO responded to the call and ran into the back of the first LEOs car. When the Sargent arrived both LEOs and administered a field sobriety test and both failed so he then gave them a breathalyzer test and both blew over the legal limit. He escorted them to jail. Sad to see 2 LEOs arrested and taken to jail in uniform and locked up next to other jailed persons.

That makes me wonder if theres a bigger problem there, as what are the odds of that happening.

No doubt more to that event. My first thought was obviously they were both drinking while on duty and no doubt not the first time they did that. In follow up news it has been reported that both have resigned but will still face multiple charges. I'd hate to be the lawyer trying to defend them in court. Judge is going to throw the book at them for sure.
