I had a malfunction with the M3P within the first week of use which led to a failure and unfixable gimble damage. I submitted a claim for Replacement Service through DJI and received a shipping label within a few minutes. Printed that out and boxed everything up in the original box and shipped it out the next day. It was delivered a week later and within a day they accepted the return, processed it and shipped out a new one. Very impressed with the speedy turnaround.
One thing that might have helped is I included a printout with a detailed explanation of every log leading up to and after the malfunction. Hoping the new unit is solid with no issues.
