I have a mini 2 and dji fly app on my iphone 13 pro,
when i try to start motors appear the message for authorization zone and i click on "UNLOCK" at my phone screen and nothing happen.


i try the same process on a android phone, same location, an it works fine.

Please can you help me?

I discover the problem is not with the phone, but its about my DJI account.

When a friend login wiht his account it works, so its about some configuration on my account.

No error message appear. Simply nothing happen when I click on  UNLOCK button on screen.

the app dont recognize my account when I try to unlock a geo zone, even I previously logged in.
the message that appear after I try to "confirm" button mean "account not logged in"

Please help me.
